Pipster Prep staff members follow both the student-centered and constructivist approach to learning.
A student-centered approach to learning is focused on each student's needs, abilities, interests, and learning styles. Our day is structured so teachers are able to spend time with students one-on-one and in small groups throughout the day and tailor instruction to each student's individual learning goals.
The constructivist approach to learning is the belief that students learn through actively engaging in lessons and activities. We believe that students should spend much of the day actively engaged in activities of their choosing.
Yes, Pipster Prep is certified to care for potty-trained children at least 3 years old. Students must be out of diapers and pull-ups by the time they start at Pipster Prep. Classrooms will be taking frequent whole class trips to the restroom. Through out the day, students will be reminded and encouraged to use the restroom.
